Aspiration/Air Channel

It is used for the separation of foreign materials lighter than the cereals with the help of air. It can be put at the outlets of separators, scouring, seed cleaner, de husker & other cleaning machines. With the help of the rear screen adjusted in this way, the foreign materials are separated easily. By adjusting air suction power, the separation of foreign materials is enhanced much more. In addition, the lightning and the transparent screen glass make adjustment and supervision easier. Aspiration channel machine is particularly suited to separate of light impurities like: - husks, chaff, small seeds, insect fragments, broken and hollow kernels from the granulated products connecting to the aspiration line. Due to the leading-edge processing technology, dust won't spread into the ambient environment. So, the working place will be quite clean. It is also applicable to use for any type of grains, coffee beans, soybeans and similar products.
