The grain flow entering the casing agitates the water flow sensor; the water is sprayed into the grain and mixed with it. The blades push the grain mixed with water to the grain outlet. Capable of adding up to 5% water to clean wheat with even distribution of moisture. Avoids grain breakage, minimizes the wear of the rotor and prevents its unbalance thanks to limited operational speed. The water distribution to the kernel is fast and uniform with thorough penetration and absorption. This is beneficial to improve the efficiency of grinding and powder sieving. The machine consists of two main structures. The first part is the semi-cylindrical body that is installed angularly on the stand and moving part blades fixed rotor, engine drive unit, product passing controlling the inlet and outlet spouts. The upper lid can be opened at any time to check the dampening condition. In the process of dampening the grain, it plays the role of cleaner.
