High Capacity Grain/Paddy Separator

A grain/paddy separator is a customized machine for extremely clean dirty wheat/rice including coarse, sand, foreign material, dust and lighter impurities. The pre-cleaner machines are available in various capacities and models. 3-deck high-capacity grain/paddy cleaner is made from high-quality metal and a semiskilled employee can operate it. Grain/rice are fed into a feed hopper where they are uniformly distributed through a controlled gate on the top sieve. Before falling on the top screen, grains/rice are subjected to primary aspiration which drains off chaff, straw, dust, and deceased grains/rice etc. Material is then passed through two sieve layers for separation according to width and thickness. Sieve perforations are kept cleaned by specially designed rubber balls. After passing through 5 screens, cleaned/graded material again passes through an air sifter and aspiration where the remaining light particles are sucked off by a strong upward pressure of the air. The final product and impurities are collected separately through discharge chutes. It is also known as a fine cleaner separator.
