Entoleter (Larva Destroyer)

Entoleter is used for quality assurance in the final product. Industrial entoleter machine is used for destroying the insects, larva and eggs contained in the flour. It can be used prior to packing or storage in flour bins/silos. It works on the principle of impact and also increases the self and storage life of the products. Machine also act as the sterilizer of the ground flour. It also acts as a high-speed mixer to mix micro-nutrients and other additives with the flour before packaging. This machine is designed and built to be placed along a pneumatic transport, pressurized or in suction. We use a special kind of air-compressed joint that prevents the dust from leaking out. The removal of insects occurs mechanically, through the impact of the product that goes through the rotor at high speed and the impact between the rotor and the outer case. This type of processing does not cause any modification on the organoleptic characteristics of the product. Thanks to the centrifugal action of the rotor, the product is beaten against an impacting ring and against two lines of pins: this allows the extermination of eggs, larva and insects. This machine can process many kinds of floury products, just adjusting the rotation speed to the characteristics of the material. The organoleptic properties of the processed product remain unchanged.
