Wooden Plansifter

This equipment is used in grain processing plants, particularly in our mills, in all stages of the grinding process, for classification of middling in terms of particle size and sorting of flour. Our wooden plansifters come in many different sizes to fit your mill. They sift and sort grist and floury products in wheat, rye, corn, durum and specialty mills. It is used in all stages of grinding in cereal processing plants, especially in flour/semolina plants, to classify by products according to grain size and to separate flours. The product thmachine from the single or double entry product inlet box to the top crate of the assembled machine. Moves along the crate to the exit based on the working principle of the machine. This way, the product is sifted into different grain types in normal and horizontally partitioned passage. The machine is designed to provide the necessary oscillation via the rotating adjustable weights that are assembled on the shaft at the center of the machine. This way, efficient and precise sifting is ensured. The frames used in the crates are manufactured of standard wooden frames material. The structure of the sifter is free from dents or holes that may harbor bacteria and has smooth construction. In the frames, nylon silk or stainless wire silk is used depending on the product type to be ground. We designed them for high sanitation and food safety. They are high-capacity machines and come in modules so you can easily fit them into different spaces in your mill. We have 4 types of plan sifters: - square plansifter with 4x12, 4x16, 8x16, 8x 24 sifter frames per section.
