Magnet is designed for both cleaning & milling sections of high-capacity grain intake and cleaning operations. In every cleaning section stage magnetic separation process provides a very high efficiency in the separation of metal particles such as iron in the flow of grains. It is employed in the cleaning of free-flowing bulk materials for the removal of metal particles such as nails, wire, screws etc. The magnet also offers ease of maintenance with the automatic cleaning feature. It can be installed at the inlet of processing equipment, or between connection pipes. The high-performance permanent magnet cuts down the maintenance cost. The magnet is fixed on the door, and it can be seen clearly when swinging open the door. Meanwhile, the magnet allows convenient cleaning, and there is no need to shut down the machine during cleaning.
